Finally, wait is over and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced class 12 Board exams date. This year class 12th board exam will be started from 15 February 2025 and will last upto 04 April 2025, it will take around 49 days to complete the class 12th board exam. The first exam will be held on 15 February 2025 for Entrepreneurship (Including Vocational Students) subject and the last exam will be held on 04 April 2025 for Psychology subject. The practical exams/Internal Assesment/Projects & the board's annual theory examinations are scheduled to start w.e.f 01th January 2025 and 15th February 2025.

Conditions of eligibility for admission to class XII
1. Candidates who have been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.
2. Candidates can not take admission directly in class XII.
3. Candidates had completed a regular course of study for class XI and passed class XI examination from a school affilicated to this Board.
4. The candidates percentage for attendance should be 75% so that the Board to make him/her eligible for the Examinations.
5. Candidate can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parents(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the student the marksheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board concerned.
6. There is no age limit for candidates taking the Examination.
7. Candidate should have doucments in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

CBSE Class 12 Economics paper 2022 was conducted May 28, 2022. The paper was easy and not lengthy at all. The paper was 40 marks and students were able to solve it on time. The pattern and the difficulty level of the question paper was very similar to that of the CBSE sample paper.
1. This question paper contains 13 questions. All Questions are compulsory.
2. The question paper contains 5 questions of 2 marks each, 5 questions of 3 marks each and 3 questions of 5 marks each.
3. 2 marks questions are Short Answer type question and are to be answered in 30 - 50 words.
4. 3 marks questions are also Short Answer type question and are to be answered in 50 - 80 words.
5. 5 marks questions are Long Answer type question and are to be answered in 80 - 120 words.
6. There is no overall choice, However Internal Choice has been provided in few questions. The Candidate need to attempt only one question from such questions.
7. This Question paper contains Case/Source based Questions.
Major Highlights
1. The difficulty level of the CBSE Economics paper 2022: Easy.
2. The paper was balanced and was a perfect combination of basic understanding and application of concepts.
3. The paper was a well balanced one having a proper balance of HOTS (higher order thinking skills) and LOTS (lower order thinking skills) and was according to the pattern of the sample paper.
4. The National Income related numericals were some what tricky but that is a difficult topic too.
5. The question paper was as per the syllabus and sample paper provided by CBSE.
6. Overall, it was a balanced paper, with a perfect combination of basic understanding and application of concepts.

Paper Analysis
There will be no overall choice in the paper. Candidates will be required to answer all questions. The internal choice was available in two questions of 2 marks each, two questions of 3 marks each and all the three questions of 5 marks each. There was only one numerical in the question paper. The Macro-Economics section and 1 mark questions were a bit tricky. The Overall paper was moderate and scoring.

1. The difficulty level of the CBSE Economics Paper 2020: Moderate.
2. The pattern of the CBSE Class 12 Economics paper was similar to the latest CBSE Class 12 Economics Sample Paper 2020 (Issued by CBSE).

3. The paper was a well balanced one having a proper balance of HOTS (higher order thinking skills) and LOTS (lower order thinking skills) and was according to the pattern of the sample paper.
4. The National Income related numericals were some what tricky but that is a difficult topic too.
5. The question paper was as per the syllabus and sample paper provided by CBSE.
6. Overall, it was a balanced paper, with a perfect combination of basic understanding and application of concepts.

Paper Analysis
There will be no overall choice in the paper. Candidates will be required to answer all questions. The internal choice was available in two questions of 2 marks each, two questions of 3 marks each and all the three questions of 5 marks each. There was only one numerical in the question paper. The Macro-Economics section and 1 mark questions were a bit tricky. The Overall paper was moderate and scoring.

5. Question number 13 - 15 and 30 - 32 are also short answer carry 4 marks for each question.
