Description

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the admit cards for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations scheduled for 2026. These hall tickets have been made available through the official CBSE platform. Regular students should note that they cannot access the admit cards individually. Instead, schools are required to log in to the Pariksha Sangam portal using their authorised credentials to download and distribute the admit cards to students.

The CBSE board exams for both Class 10 and Class 12 will commence on February 17, 2026. Students are advised to remain in regular contact with their schools and collect their admit cards promptly once they are released. Entry into the examination hall will be strictly prohibited without a valid admit card.

Schools to download admit cards through Pariksha Sangam

CBSE has enabled the admit card download option exclusively for schools on its official portal. School principals or designated officials must access the Pariksha Sangam portal by logging in with their user ID and password.

After downloading, schools must thoroughly verify all details printed on the admit cards. Each admit card must carry the signature of the school principal along with the official school stamp before being handed over to students. It is the responsibility of the school to ensure that every student receives the correct admit card well ahead of the examination dates. Regular students are not required to visit the CBSE website for this purpose.

Admit card access for private candidates

Private candidates are permitted to download their admit cards on their own. They can do so by visiting the official CBSE website and logging in using their application number, previous roll number, or other relevant credentials.

Private candidates should carefully review all the information mentioned on the hall ticket. If any discrepancy is found, they must contact CBSE immediately to get it rectified.

Information on the admit card and exam instructions

The CBSE admit card includes crucial details such as the student’s name, roll number, examination centre, subject codes, exam dates, and reporting time. Students are advised to verify all particulars after receiving the hall ticket. In case of any errors, they should inform their school authorities without delay.

The Class 10 board examinations will be conducted from February 17 to March 11, 2026, while the Class 12 exams will continue until April 10, 2026.

Students must carry a printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre on every exam day. They should arrive at the centre as per the reporting time and strictly follow the instructions mentioned on the admit card. Candidates without a valid hall ticket may not be allowed to appear for the examination.
