India First Hydrogen Bus Service In Central Vista Delhi Begins 2026
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) will introduce India’s first hydrogen-powered shuttle bus service in Delhi’s Central Vista area on 15 May 2026. The service will operate between Central Secretariat Metro Station and Seva Teerth Metro Station using two hydrogen fuel cell buses provided by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).

Discovery Of An Ancient Subsurface River Between Prayagraj And Kanpur
Researchers from the CSIR–National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), Hyderabad, have identified a hidden ancient river system beneath the Prayagraj–Kanpur region of Uttar Pradesh. This buried course is known as a palaeo-channel, meaning an old river channel that has been covered over by soil and sediments over long geological periods.

RBI Approves Record Rs.2.86 Lakh Crore Dividend Transfer To Government For FY26
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approved a dividend of Rs.2,86,588.46 crore for the Central Government for the financial year 2025–26 on May 22, 2026.
