PROJECT 2: Principles of Management. (Henry Fayol and Taylor)
Students are required to observe the application of the general principles of management given by Henry Fayol in a departmental store or an industrial unit, fast food outlet or any small business unit.
OR
They may observe the application of scientific management techniques by FW Taylor in a departmental store or an industrial unit, fast food outlet or any small business unit.
Project 3: Stock Exchange.
(a) Brief history of Stock Exchange in India.
(b) Listing procedure of securities in stock exchange.
(c) Dematerialisation of securities in stock exchange.
(d) Causes of fluctuations of prices in stock exchange.
Project 4: Marketing Management
Students can take the example of any consumer product like moisturizer, noodles, wipes, air conditioners, baby diapers, fruit candy, hair oil, bike, inverter, blanket, bread, ladies bag, kurti, footwear, coffee, chocolate, mobile, microwave oven, newspaper, washing powder, etc and give information about:
(a) Why they have selected this product?
(b) Name of the product.
(c) Feature of product
(d) Benefits and demerits of the product
(e) Its 5 competitive brands in the market
(f) Its unique selling proposition.
(g) The product’s brand strategy
(h) Logo and tag line of the product.
(i) Developing a promotion plan for the product.
(j) Packing of the product.
(k) Explanation of its labelling.
(l) Social message for the label.

Conditions of eligibility for admission to class XII
1. Candidates who have been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.
2. Candidates can not take admission directly in class XII.
3. Candidates had completed a regular course of study for class XI and passed class XI examination from a school affilicated to this Board.
4. The candidates percentage for attendance should be 75% so that the Board to make him/her eligible for the Examinations.
5. Candidate can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parents(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the student the marksheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board Concerned.
6. There is no age limit for candidates taking the Examination.
7. Candidate should have doucments in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

Analysis 2019 Code - 141/C
1. The Question Paper will have 4 Sections - A, B, C & D.
2. All sections will be compulsory.
3. 20 Questions will be set in the question paper.
4. Section - A : Question no. 1 Consists of 5 sub parts Carrying 1 mark each. Answer of each Part should be given in 1-15 words.
5. Section - B : Question No. 2 to 8 will carry 2 marks each. Answer of each question should be given in 5-10 lines.
6. Section - C : Do any 7 questions out of 9 questions. Question No. 9 to 17 will carry 4 marks each. Answer of each question should be given in 15-20 lines.
7. Section - D : Question No. 18 to 20 will carry 6 marks each with internal choice. Answer of each question should be given in 3-5 pages.
And
There will be no overall choice in the paper. Candidates will be required to answer all questions. The internal choice will be available in question number 18, 19 & 20 of Part D.
