This year class 12th board exam will be started from 15 February 2025 and will last upto 04 April 2025, it will take around 49 days to complete the class 12th board exam. The first exam will be held on 15 February 2025 for Entrepreneurship (Including Vocational Students) subject and the last exam will be held on 04 April 2025 for Psychology subject. The practical exams/Internal Assesment/Projects & the board's annual theory examinations are scheduled to start w.e.f 01th January 2025 and 15th February 2025.

Section A will have two passages.
A. One unseen passage with a variety of Objective Type Questions, including Multiple Choice questions and Short Answer Questions to assess comprehension, interpretation, and inference. Vocabularies such as word formation and inference of meaning will also be assessed.
The total length of the passages will be between 800 - 900 words. Five Multiple Choice type questions and Seven Objective Type Questions shall be asked from this passage. The passage will include one of the following:
(a) Factual passages, e.g., instructions, descriptions, reports.
(b) Descriptive passages involving opinion, eg., argumentative, persuasive, or interpretative text.
(c) Literary passages, e.g., extract from fiction, drama, poetry, essay, or biography.
B. The second passage will be 400-500 words. Note-making and Abstraction will be assessed.

Conditions of eligibility for admission to class XII
1. Candidates who have been studying in a School recognised by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognised Board of Secondary Education in India.
2. Candidates can not take admission directly in class XII.
3. Candidates had completed a regular course of study for class XI and passed class XI examination from a school affilicated to this Board.
4. The candidates percentage for attendance should be 75% so that the Board to make him/her eligible for the Examinations.
5. Candidate can be admitted to a school only on the transfer of the parents(s) or shifting of their families from one place to another, after procuring from the student the marksheet and the Transfer Certificate duly countersigned by the Educational Authorities of the Board Concerned.
6. There is no age limit for candidates taking the Examination.
7. Candidate should have doucments in support of his having passed the qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination.

CBSE English Analysis 2022
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Class 12 English Term 2 examination was conducted May 13, 2022. The paper was easy and not too lengthy. The English paper is overall balanced and caters to the expected standard of the learners. The comprehension passage as well as the writing sections were easy and students should be able to do them without much difficulty.
1. This question paper contains 60 questions, out of which 50 questions are to be attempted.
2. The question paper consists of three Sections-Section A, B and C.
3. Section A (Reading) - contains 18 questions, attempt any 14 questions from Q. No. 1 to 18.
4. Section B ( Writing Skils) - contains 12 questions, attempt any 10 questions from Q. No. 19 to 130.
5. Section C (Literature) - contains 30 questions, attempt any 26 questions from Q. No. 31 to 60.
6. There is only one correct option for every Multiple Choice Question (MCQ), Marks will not be awarded for answering more than one option.
7. All questions carry equal marks. There is no negative marking.
Major Highlights
1. The difficulty level of the CBSE English paper 2022 is easy and not lengthy at all.
2. The paper was of 40 marks and students were able to solve it on time.
3. The questions were based only on the topics mentioned in the term-2 CBSE Syllabus.
4. Reading and writing sections were easy while a few questions in the literature section were a bit tricky.
5. All the questions in the paper were asked from the latest CBSE syllabus.

Paper Analysis
The paper level was Easy to moderate. The writing skills section especially was slightly lengthier when compared to other sections, but with enough practice through CBSE class 12th English sample paper and previous years' papers, students can easily manage their time and finish the paper. Questions given in the textbook of NCERT were easy to answer. The overall paper was good enough for scoring.

The paper level was Easy to moderate. The writing skills section especially was slightly lengthier when compared to other sections, but with enough practice through CBSE class 12th English sample paper and previous years' papers, students can easily manage their time and finish the paper. Questions given in the textbook of NCERT were easy to answer. The overall paper was good enough for scoring.

This year class 12th board exam will be started from 15 February 2025 and will last upto 04 April 2025, it will take around 49 days to complete the class 12th board exam. The first exam will be held on 15 February 2025 for Entrepreneurship (Including Vocational Students) subject and the last exam will be held on 04 April 2025 for Psychology subject. The practical exams/Internal Assesment/Projects & the board's annual theory examinations are scheduled to start w.e.f 01th January 2025 and 15th February 2025.
This paper is divided into three Sections. Section A, Section B, and Section C.
1. In Section A (marks 20) there will be two questions.
2. Question no.1 will be 12 marks and 1 mark will be for each question.
3. Question no. 2 will be 8 marks.
4. In Section B (marks 30) Question no. 3 will be 4 marks, question no. 4 will be 6 marks, and questions no. 5 - 6 will be 10 marks.
5. In Section C (marks 30) Question no. 7 will be 8 marks, Question no. 8 will be 10 marks, and Questions no. 9 and 10 will be 6 marks for each question.
