For any references, visit the official site. General Instructions: 1. Above position is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis . The post will be offered initially for a period of six months or till regular appointments are made whichever is earlier and further extendable based on periodic review and satisfactory performance. 2. Selected YP-II will be engaged in activities pertaining to teaching, research and extension as assigned. 3. Candidates are instructed to submit their application as per the attached proforma (annexure-I) on or before the deadline i.e. 0.00 hrs, 30 October 2022 through E-mail to engg_fa@aau.ac.in with a copy to pankaj.barua@aau.ac.in. 4. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through E-mail and would bring their complete bio-data/curriculum vitae with one photograph and duly self-attested certificates and mark sheets (from Class X onwards) along with original certificates in support of qualification, age etc and a copy of M.Tech. Thesis, experience certificate and NOC (no objection certificate) from their current employer (if employed) at the time of interview. 5. Shortlisted candidates are required to report for verification of these documents at 10:00AM on the date of interview which will be informed in due course. A shortlisted candidate whose near/distant relative(s) is an employee of the AAU has to declare it and communicate this office as per format given below (Annexure-II). No TA/DA will be borne by AAU for the shortlisted candidates to attend the interview. 8. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification and if shortlisted, the candidate will not be interviewed by the board. 9. Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim for regular appointments/absorption in AAU. Non‐maintenance of the discipline and failure to perform the assigned duties will make the YP-II liable for termination during the appointment period as per AAU rules. 10. In case of any disputes, it will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Jorhat court only. |
