LATEST UPDATE FOR UPSC CISF AC EXAM
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) released the CISF AC (EXE) LDCE 2024 Notification on 29 November, 2023 on its official website. A total of 20 Assistant Commandant (Executive) posts have been announced by the commission for the year 2024 recruitment. The Union Public Service Commission will conduct the CISF AC (EXE) LDCE 2024 exam on March 10, 2024.
UPSC CISF AC (EXECUTIVE) LDCE EXAM
Candidates who are willing to apply for the CISF AC (EXECUTIVE) LDCE Examination are required to fulfill certain conditions to be eligible for it. The candidate who does not satisfy the Eligibility criteria like Age, Minimum educational qualification, etc., their candidature shall be rejected by the authorities. The candidate’s eligibility for UPSC CISF AC Examination is based on the fulfilment of the following conditions:
1. UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE: Nationality
2. UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE: Age Limit & relaxation
3. UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE: Educational Qualifications
4. UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE: Physical Standards

6 UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE: General Standards
7. UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE: Number of Attempts
UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE NATIONALITY
Only a citizen of India will be eligible.
UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE AGE LIMIT & RELAXATION
A candidate must not have attained the age of 35 years.
Relaxation
The upper age limit prescribed above shall be relaxable upto a maximum of five years if a candidate belongs to a Schedule Caste or a Schedule Tribe.
UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
1. The Educational Qualification for appearing in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination will be a Graduation from a recognized University.
2. Possession of NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate will be a desirable qualification. These desirable qualifications will be given consideration at the time of interview/Personality Test only.
3. The candidates should have completed 04 years of regular service in the rank of Sub. Inspector (GD)/Inspector(GD) including the period of basic training and should have clean record of service till issue of offer of appointment.

The minimum physical requirements for all the candidates (for all categories) are as follows:

NOTE 1. These Tests will be only of qualifying nature and will not carry any marks. Failure even in one of these tests will amount to disqualification.
NOTE 2. A woman candidate, who as a result of tests is found to be pregnant of 12 weeks standing or over, shall be declared temporarily unfit and her appointment held in abeyance until the confinement is over. The vacancy against which a women candidate was selected should be kept reserved for her. She should be re-examined for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) six weeks after the date of confinement, subject to the production of the medical certificate of fitness from a registered medical practitioner. If she is found fit she may be appointed to the post kept reserved for her and allow the benefit of seniority in accordance with the instructions of the government, as amended from time to time

(a) Eye Sight

NOTE
1. The candidate should not have squint of any degree and should have high colour vision.
2. The candidate will be tested for colour vision by Ishahara’s test as well as Edridge-Green Lantern Test.
3. Eyes should be bright, clear with no abnormality/disease.
4. Movements of eyeballs should be full and free in all direction.
5. In every case of Myopia, fundus examination should be carried out, and the results should be recorded
6. Contact lenses or laser surgery is not allowed.
(b) Carrying angle
Carrying angle should not be more than 15o for male and 20o for female.
(c) Ear
1. Candidate should not have any degree of deafness or persistent ear discharge.
2. Candidate should not have any other condition (congenital or acquired) like atresia of the meatus, exostosis, neoplasm which is causing obstruction of ear passage and should not have history or recurrent earache, tinnitus and vertigo.
(d) Nose
Candidate should not have DNS, atrophic rhinitis, tubercular ulceration, chronic sinusitis
(e) Neck
Candidate should not have enlarged lymph nodes, thyroid or other swelling of neck, inability to extend the neck fully or any evidence of disease of spine or cervical vertebrae.
(f) Teeth
Candidate must possess sufficient number of sound teeth for efficient mastication. Candidate should not have severe pyorrhea.
(g) Venereal Disease
Candidate should not have active signs of clinical VD.
(h) Chronic skin diseases
Candidate should not have chronic skin diseases like Leprosy, chronic dermatitis, extensive Pityriasis Versicolor, psoriasis, SLE etc.
UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE GENERAL STANDARDS
1. Speech should be without impediment i.e. no stammering
2. The candidate should not have any indication of chronic disease like TB, any type of arthritis, high blood pressure, Diabetes, Bronchial Asthma, any heart disease.
3. Candidate should not have perceptible and visible glandular swelling anywhere in the body.
4. Chest should be well-formed, devoid of any abnormality like flat chest, pigeon chest, with rickety rosary defects. Heart and lungs should be sound.
5. Limbs, hands and feet should be well-formed and fully developed and there shall be perfect motion of all joints.
6. Should not have any old/mal united fracture of bones
7. There should be free and perfect movements of all the joints.
8. Feet and toes should be well-formed.
9. Should not have congenital malformation or defects.
10. Should not bear traces of previous acute or chronic disease pointing to any impaired constitution.
11. Candidate should have no disease of the genito-urinary tract
12. Candidate should have no inguinal, scrotal swelling, any type of Hernia.
13. (Only for male) Both the testicles are in the scrotum and of normal size
14. The candidate must not have knock knees, flat foot, varicose veins
15.They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.
16. Candidate should not suffer from TACHYCARDIA (more than 100 pulse rate per minute) or BRADYCARDIA (less than 50 per minute).
17. Candidate should not suffer from Hernia, hemorrhoids, condylomata prolapse rectum.
UPSC CISF AC (EXE) LDCE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS
Every candidate appearing at the examination who is otherwise eligible, shall be permitted three attempts at the examination.
