Qualification & Experience:

1. Masters in Social sciences/ Masters of Public Health Knowledge Of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Willingness to work in research community during phases of field work.

3. Minimum one year of experience in a hospital /community-based setting. Experience in Maternal and child health will be preferred. Fluent in Punjabi /Hindi/ English.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Pl and assisting the Team in the successful coordination and implementation of all project- related activities.

2. Building rappo with study participants to enroll them in to study and Conduct survey (telephonic /Home visit).

3. Successful execution of the intervention through various channels decided as per research protocol.

4. Extensive Involvement in to Intervention phase (Executing Group calls, coordinating with Group call team members, handling participants on Whatsapp).

5. Compiling data and with data management team to update it on regular basis.

6. Should be able to attend calls as per USA time schedule.

7. Helping Project coordinator in Data analysis, Report writing and Research Papers.

8. Filling and submitting the weekly time sheet duly signed by Pls in office.
