The application, duly filled in and completed in all respects should be submitted along with self- attested copies of all certificates (educational, experience, technical/professional qualification, etc) & testimonials with a recent passport size photograph. 2. All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post and other conditions stipulated in the advertisement as on the last date for receipt of the application. They are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess at least the minimum essential qualifications laid down for the post which are compulsory even if a candidate has some other higher qualifications. No inquiry asking for advice as to eligibility will be entertained. 3.
