A Graduation degree (full-time, minimum 50% marks) along with a Post-Graduate degree/diploma (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in Finance, International Business, Foreign Trade, or Chartered Accountancy (CA), paired with 1 year (for Deputy Manager) or 3 years (for Manager) of post-qualification banking/audit experience.
