1  Download and fill the application in the prescribed Annexure-I format, covering Personal Information, Educational Qualification, and Experience details
2  Attach self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets of educational qualification, experience certificates from past employers (and a certificate from the current employer, if applicable), and documents for other relevant details
3  Sign the undertaking declaring that all information provided is true and complete
4  Email the completed application along with the required documents to estab2.csb@nic.in
5  Ensure your application reaches CSB on or before the last date of 07/10/2026 - applications received after this date will not be entertained
