1. Visit the official PGIMER website and open the Recruitment link.
2. Register using a valid personal email ID and mobile number, which must remain active throughout the recruitment process.
3. Enter the required registration details carefully, including Advertisement No., Advertisement Date, Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and Email ID, as these cannot be changed after registration.
4. Log in using the User ID and Password received and complete all sections of the application, including personal details, qualifications, experience, and document uploads.
5. Upload a recent JPG/JPEG photograph (50–80 KB) taken on or after 01 June 2026, as per the prescribed specifications.
6. Upload clear scanned copies of all required certificates, including educational qualifications, date of birth, category certificate, experience certificates, and NOC, if applicable.
7. Submit the application and pay the applicable fee through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
8. Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
9. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies must also forward their application through the proper channel to the Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell, within 10
days of the closing date, if applicable.
