1. Candidates must apply offline only.

a) Matriculation certificate (for age proof)
b) Certificates and mark sheets in support of required educational/professional qualifications
c) Experience certificate from current/previous employers indicating length of experience; if current employer's certificate is unavailable, appointment letter along with first and latest pay slips may be submitted
d) Caste certificate in prescribed format for OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, and ST candidates
e) Disability Certificate (for PwBD candidates)
f) Copy of CV with complete employment history, duly signed with photograph
g) Photo ID proof and address proof – Passport / Aadhaar Card / Driving License / PAN Card / Voter ID Card (issued by Central/State Govt.)
