2. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

3. Upload necessary documents: proof of Date of Birth, educational qualification mark sheets and certificates, caste/category/BPL/PwBD certificates, domicile proof (PRC/Employment Exchange), Small Family Norms declaration, etc. in PDF format (max 4 MB, 200 dpi, legible).

4. Upload recent passport-size Photograph and Signature in JPG/JPEG format (Photo: 50–200 KB, not older than 3 months; Signature: 50–200 KB).

5. Verify all details and documents using the ‘Preview’ option and tick the declaration checkbox to enable final submission.

6. Proceed to pay the applicable application fee/processing charges online; in case of payment failure or pending status, use the “Check Status” option to verify with bank/GRAS.

7. After successful submission and payment, an auto-generated confirmation email/SMS will be sent to the registered email ID/mobile number.

8. Take a print-out of the submitted online application form and keep it safely for future reference and interview/document verification.

9. Candidates may also use Common Service Centres (CSCs) for filling and submitting the form if they do not have debit card/internet banking facilities.
