1. Visit the Board's website www.ukmssb.org and click on "Apply Now." Then click on "Candidate, Register Here" to complete the registration. A valid email ID and mobile number are required for registration. Upload scanned passport size photo (max 50 KB, JPG) and signature (max 50 KB, JPG).
2. Login with your Registration Number and Password. Click on "Health Worker (FEMALE) Examination-2025" and proceed. Fill all required details including personal information, educational qualifications (enter total marks obtained in all semesters/years of ANM course), category, sub-category, district preference in order of priority, and upload the combined PDF of all required documents. Carefully review all entries before proceeding.
3. After thoroughly checking all entries, click "I Agree" and submit the application. Then pay the applicable application fee online via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card before the last date of 04 May 2026 (up to 5:00 PM). After payment, download and keep a copy of the final submitted application form for future reference.
4. After the final submission of the application, a one-time amendment/correction window will be available from 06 May 2026 to 09 May 2026 (up to 5:00 PM) for making changes in name, date of birth, category/sub-category, gender, etc. (except mobile number and email ID). The final Edited Data will be considered valid. No further requests for amendment will be entertained by the Board after this window closes.
