1. Read the advertisement carefully, before you apply.
2. Download and fill the prescribed Application Format (Section II of the notification) in legible PDF / type-written format.
3. Paste recent passport-size photograph and sign across it.
4. Attach self-attested copies of all required documents (DOB proof, educational certificates & mark sheets, experience certificates, relieving letters, caste / category certificate if applicable, Annexure-A for OBC if required, CV / Resume etc.).
