Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Associate Member of Institution of Surveyors (India) Sub Division 1B in Hydrography, or Master's Degree in Mathematics or Physics for Hydrographic Surveyor; Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Certificate of Competency of Masters for Manager - Dredge Master; CA /I.C.W.A. / C.F.A / MBA (Finance) for Financial Expert (Relevant Subject)
