RWF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – 192 Act Apprentice Vacancies

1. Read the advertisement carefully, before you apply.
2. Download the Application Form (Annexure-A) and all other Annexures (B, C, D & E) from the official website of Rail Wheel Factory. No other format shall be entertained.
3. Fill the application form carefully. Ensure that Name, Father's/Mother's/Guardian's name and Date of Birth exactly match as recorded in Matriculation and other certificates. Any deviation will lead to cancellation of candidature.
4. Fill and sign the checklist in Annexure-F. Applications submitted without duly filled in checklist and signed by the candidate will not be considered.
5. The application (Annexure-A) can either be dropped in the sealed Drop Box kept in the Office of the Principal Chief Personnel Officer, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064 on all working days (Monday to Friday: 09:00 hrs to 16:50 hrs; Saturday: 09:00 hrs to 12:20 hrs).
6. Alternatively, the application can be sent by REGISTERED POST ONLY to the below address, superscribing on the cover as "Application for undergoing training under the Apprentices' Act, 1961 for the year 2025-26 in Rail Wheel Factory": The Senior Personnel Officer-II, Personnel Department, Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore – 560 064.
7. Applications should be submitted to this office before 17:00 hrs. of the closing date i.e., 01.04.2026. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
