How to apply

1. Download Application Form: Get the prescribed format from indianarmy.nic.in
2. Fill Application: Type the application on A4 size paper as per prescribed format.
3. Prepare Self-Addressed Envelope: 10.5 cm × 25 cm envelope with postal stamp of 5.
4. Attach Documents: Self-attested photocopies of:
a) Matriculation/12th Standard Board certificate (proof of age & qualification)
b) Aadhaar card.
c) Mark sheets (all semesters/years)
d) Reservation certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable.
5. Two self-attested photographs (4×6 cm) with name & parent's name on back.
6. Include Email & Mobile: Valid email ID and Aadhaar-linked mobile number (mandatory)
7. Superscribe Envelope: Write "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF LOWER DIVISION CLERK" on top.
8. Send by Post: Ordinary post to:
