5. Upload photo, signature, and required documents (DOB proof, MBBS degree, internship, registration, category/PwBD, experience, NOC, research/publications, etc.) in prescribed formats and sizes.
6. Proceed to online payment via Internet Banking or Debit/Credit Card, noting the Payment Reference Number after successful transaction.
7. Submit the application, then download and print the registered application form for records and document verification. |
