1. Applicants must apply/register themselves in online mode only.
2. Eligible candidates are required to apply online through NMDC website. 
3. The site will be available/activated from 10:00 AM on 03/02/2026 to 11:59 PM on 17/02/2026.
4. Helpline email nmdc@jobapply.in will be available between 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM on all working days to assist in technical aspect of online mode.
5. Candidates are required to fill all the details online and upload all the relevant documents/certificates such as:
a) Recent passport size photograph.
b) Matriculation/10th certificate.
c) Certificates in support of Qualification and Experience.
d) Scanned signature.
e) Valid email id.
6. After applying online, the candidate is required to download the hard copy of filled in application form and keep the printout of the Application/Registration form Call letters/admit cards will be sent through email and can also be downloaded from Careers page on NMDC Limited Website.
7. Only those candidates will be allowed to appear for Interview who will produce valid call letter/admit card.
8. Candidates are required to mention their date of birth and name as per Matriculation/10th class certificate issued by the recognized Board.
9. Candidates are advised to submit only one application. In case of multiple applications from a candidate, the latest one shall be considered as final and older applications shall be rejected.
10. Candidates should retain printed copy of their application form as they can be asked to produce it for future reference.
11. Information regarding Interview will be provided in the Admit Card/Call Letter which can be downloaded from Careers Page of NMDC website.
