1. Applications should be submitted on plain paper with full details such as post name, applicant's name, father's name, date of birth, educational qualification, gender, category under which applying, experience (if any), current postal address with contact number, permanent address, email (if any).
2. A passport size self-attested recent photo must be affixed on the application form.
3. Self-attested copies of all educational documents, category certificates, experience certificates, etc., must be attached.
4. Candidates not attaching reserved category documents will be considered under general category.
5. Incomplete applications or those without necessary documents will be summarily rejected.
6. Applications can be submitted by post/courier or in person at the Office of District and Sessions Judge, Sonipat, during working days from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, up to 16 February 2026 by 5:00 PM.
7. No application will be accepted after the specified date.
8. The office will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of applications by post/courier department or any errors.
