2. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

3. Candidates shall apply online through NCRTC website (www.ncrtc.in) under ‘Career’ section as per the eligibility criteria indicated in the Vacancy Notice; no other mode of application will be entertained.

4. Before registering/applying online, candidates should go through detailed instructions and keep ready a valid e-mail ID and mobile number, scanned recent passport size colour photograph and scanned signature in prescribed format and size.

5. While applying online, candidates must upload self-attested copies of 10th Certificate/Birth Certificate, degree certificates (Graduation and Post-Graduation), appointment letters, latest salary slip, APARs (last three years), office orders indicating promotions, experience/service certificates/relieving orders, Form-16/ITR, last 12 months’ bank statement and last 12 months’ salary slips, as applicable.

6. Applications without supporting certificates/documents shall be summarily rejected.

7. After submitting online application, the candidate is required to download the system-generated Application Form with Unique Registration Number, attach supporting documents and send it to Career Cell, HR Department, National Capital Region Transport Corporation, Gatishakti Bhawan, INA Colony, New Delhi – 110023 by hand/Post by 19/02/2026.

8. The envelope containing the application and documents should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF- ASSISTANT MANAGER (TRANSPORT PLANNER) ON CONTRACT (REGULAR SCALE)- 02/2026”.

9. Candidates should take preview of the application before final submission; once the form is submitted, it cannot be edited.
