Job Summary

Supports health system evaluation projects in Jharkhand and Gudipala Mandal (Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh), involving qualitative research, field supervision, and implementation of community-based care coordination models

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative research (key informant interviews, FGDs) in Jharkhand• Travel for fieldwork and supervision• Implement research protocols and ensure ethical compliance• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data using statistical software• Supervise and mentor Care Coordinators in Gudipala Mandal• Monitor project implementation and reporting• Coordinate with community volunteers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders• Assist in documentation and report writing• Ensure confidentiality and data security

Salary

Consolidated ₹50,000 per month (inclusive of HRA)
