Agniveer General Duty (All Arms)

Class 10th / Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate of five basic subjects and minimum 33% marks in each of those five subjects. For boards following a grading system, grades commensurate to percentage as above will be considered. Note: Candidates with valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence will be given preference for Driver Requirements.

17½ – 21 yrs (01 Oct 2004 – 01 Apr 2008)

Agniveer Technical (All Arms)

10+2 / Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject OR 10+2 / Intermediate Exam pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths & English from any recognized State Education Board or Central Board incl. NIOS and ITI course of minimum one year in required field with NSQF level 4 or above OR 10th / Matric pass with 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in English, Maths and Science with 02 years Technical Training from ITI or two years Diploma from recognized educational institution or polytechnics in following streams/trades only: Electrician, Fitter, Draughtsman (All types), Surveyor & Geo Informatics Assistant.
