2. The following qualification/reservation related certificates/mark sheets are required in the online application form:
a) Matriculation mark sheet and original certificate.
b) Intermediate/equivalent related mark sheet and original certificate.
c) Typing/computer knowledge related mark sheet and original certificate.
d) Permanent residence/domicile certificate.
e) Caste certificate/creamy layer exemption certificate/economically weaker section certificate.
f) Grandson/granddaughter of freedom fighter certificate.
g) Disability related certificate.
h) Experience certificate related to contract employment in the prescribed format.
i) Maximum age limit relaxation certificate.
j) No objection certificate.
Ensure that the information related to the government servant's certificate/ex-serviceman's certificate issued by the competent authority for maximum age limit relaxation is entered in the prescribed column.

3. Detailed necessary instructions for filling out the online application are available on the Commission's website https://bssc.bihar.gov.in. The Commission will not be responsible for any error made by the candidate during the online application process if these instructions are not followed verbatim.

4. Applications submitted for any kind of correction/change in the entries of the online application will not be considered.

5. The candidate's name/mother's name/father's name/date of birth should be as per the matriculation or equivalent certificate/mark sheet.

6.  All candidates should carefully fill in their category (Category) entry only after being fully satisfied.

7. . In light of sub-clause (vii) of clause-4 (Reservation) of the advertisement, physically challenged candidates will select whether or not a scribe is required (Yes/No) in the online application, according to which a scribe will be provided to them.
