General Instructions :

1. The Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation (including short-term contract). Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

2. For the post of Deputy Registrar. The Period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including shortterm contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years;

3. For the posts of Assistant Registrar & Examiner. The Period of deputation (including short-term contract) including period of deputation (including short-term contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed three years;

4. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation (including short-term contract) shall not be exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications).

5. The pay and allowances of the officers selected on deputation will be regulated in accordance with the instructions issued by the Deptt. Of Personnel & Training from time to time.

6. Officers who volunteer for the post will not be permitted to withdraw their names later. The selected officer(s) can also be posted anywhere within the jurisdiction of all over India depending on the exigencies of work.

7. Applicants are required to send the application through proper channel along with CR Dossier/ attested copies of Annual Confidential reports (ACRs) / attested copies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) of the last 5 years

8. Applications received after last date/ without through proper channel/ unaccompanied by copies of CR Dossier/ Annual Confidential reports (ACRs) / Annual Performance appraisal Reports (APARs) of the last 5 years & Vigilance Clearance of the officer concerned will not be considered. It may please be verified and certified by the Controlling Officer that particulars furnished are correct and no disciplinary case is pending or contemplated against the Officer.
