1. Read the advertisement carefully, before you apply.

2. Interested candidates may appear for the interview with two sets of self-attested copies of SSC/10th Standard Certificate or equivalent proof of date of birth, MBBS, Diploma, Degree Certificate, Attempt Certificate of MBBS valid MCI/Registration Certificate, SC/ST/OBC certificate and experience certificate, etc. along with originals.

3. The candidates should also bring two recent passport size photographs along with proof of residence.

4. The candidate who is currently in the employment must bring experience certificate (working certificate) and No Objection Certificate, failing which his/her candidature will be liable to rejection.

5. Candidate should report in the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital Phulwarisharif, Patna from 9 am to 10:30 am on the stipulated date. Candidates reporting after 10:30 am will not be entertained for the walk-in-interview.

6. Vacancies are likely to change depending upon the actual requirement at the time of interview.

7. Application along with exam fees (wherever applicable) should be submitted for each post separately.
