Eligible and interested candidates can appear for the walk-in interview scheduled on 15, 16, 19, 20 September 2025 at MECON LIMITED 4th Floor, Wing- A, Finance Centre, Action Area - IIB, New Town, Kolkata-700161 (Mother's Wax Museum Building opposite to Eco Park Gate No-2) with the following documents.

i. Application Form/Biodata.
ii. Educational Qualification, Experience certificates.
iii. Recent passport-size photographs.
iv. Age proof and other testimonials.
v. Original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

2. Before appearing in the walk-in-interview, candidates are advised to go through the requirements of essential qualification, requisite experience, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible for the posts.

3. Persons with disability certificate with photograph issued by the competent authority satisfying the minimum degree of disability of 40% in respective categories , if applicable. Certificate should be as per format prescribed by the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment.

4. Scrutiny of the application and document verification shall be undertaken on the date of Walk-In-Interview and only eligible candidates shall be allowed to appear for the interview. If any claim made in the application is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled & candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview and decision of MECON shall be final.

5. Candidate failing to produce the required documents shall not be permitted to appear for the interview under any circumstances what so ever and TA reimbursement will not be provided.

6. No candidates shall be allowed to appear for interview, after scheduled reporting time.

7. Furnishing of wrong / false information / submitting overwritten & not legible documents will lead to disqualification of the candidature and MECON will not be responsible for any of the above consequences. If at any stage during the recruitment and selection process or joining or after recruitment or even after joining, it is found that candidate has furnished wrong / false information or is found ineligible with respect to any of the eligibility parameters, his / her candidature will be rejected and Offer of Engagement, if issued, will be cancelled forthwith.

8. Mere appearing in Walk-In-Interview and fulfilling the eligibility criteria gives no right to any candidate for claiming employment in MECON.

9. MECON reserves the right to raise / curtail the minimum eligibility standards for short listing of the candidates for interview / selection of candidates etc. MECON also reserves the right to fill or not to fill or to partially fill or to increase/decrease any of the above vacancy without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

10. The outstation candidates eligible for interview will be reimbursed traveling allowance (TA) to & fro Rail Fare by the shortest route from the mailing address, as mentioned in the application, to the place of interview.
