2. Eligible and interested candidates can appear for the walk-in interview scheduled on 23 September 2025 at The Department of Pathology, First Floor, Undergraduate Medical College Building, NEIGRIHMS, Shillong with the following documents.

i. Application Form/Biodata.
ii. Educational Qualification, Experience certificates.
iii. Recent passport-size photographs.
iv. Age proof and other testimonials.
v. Original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

General Instructions:

1. Candidates are required to bring all the required documents (Original + self attested photocopy- one) and one recent passport size photograph.

2. Candidates without the original certificates at the time of interview will not be considered.

3. Date of determination of eligibility will be the date of Interview 23.09.25)

4. The selection will be purely on contractual basis which will be renewed based on the performance of the candidates as per needed in the project.

5. The assignment will be governed as per the rules / instructions received from the ICMR / competent authority from time to time. This appointment will not vest any right to claim by
the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in NEIGRIHMS or ICMR or for continued contractual appointment.

6. Candidates upon selection will have to submit an undertaking relating to the terms and conditions of engagement as per the ICMR guidelines.

7. Written tests may be conducted if the number of candidates is >30 for each respective Post.

8. Only candidate fulfilling the eligibility criteria to come for interview.

9. The contractual appointment gets terminated on the completion of the projector can be terminated at anytime by either side by giving 30 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof. 10.Leave: The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be governed in terms of the ICMR leave policy governing extramural research projects as amended from time to time.

11.Attempts (direct/indirect) to influence the Selection Committee in any way or form will lead to disqualification of the concerned candidate from the recruitment process.

12. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final.

13.No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
