Genral Instruction :

1. As per the instructions issued in the circular number F 13-1/2023/A.P./ 1-3 Nava Raipur dated 03.05.2023 of the Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department, interim permission has been granted to the state to make appointments and selection process as per the pre-determined system. Selection / appointments on the said advertised posts will be subject to the final order / decision in SLP (C) No. 19668/2022 filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi and as per the final order / decision of the Hon'ble Court, there may also be a change in the number of vacancies category wise for the advertised posts.

2. It is mandatory for the applicant to be a local resident of Chhattisgarh state.

3. The provisions given in Chhattisgarh Government, Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Non-Clerical Paramedical and Nursing (Directorate of Health Services) Third Class Service Recruitment Rules 11 June 2020 and the orders, instructions or rules issued by the Government will be applicable.

4. The compulsory educational qualifications prescribed in the recruitment rules for the posts are (1) B.Sc. (Nursing) or P.B.B.Sc. Nursing or General Nursing and Senior Midwifery Training, (2) Must be registered as a nurse with the Nursing Council.

5. All certificates must be issued on or before the last date of the advertisement.

6. Divisional Joint Director Health Services is the appointing authority for the said post under whom the examination will be conducted by Vyapam for the advertised vacant posts. Selection and other recruitment process will be done by the competent authority on the basis of merit as per the results of the said examination and the vacant posts in the divisional reservation as per the vacant posts in the departmental recruitment rules 11 June 2020.

7. The applicant should check his eligibility himself and apply only if he fulfills the eligibility / conditions prescribed for the advertised post. If the applicant is found ineligible at any stage during the selection process, his/her application form can be cancelled and his/her candidature can be terminated.

8. Minimum and Maximum Age Limit: - As on 01.01.2025, the age limit of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years. By letter number F 3-2/2015/1-3/dated 18.01.2024 of Chhattisgarh Government General Administration Department, the period of relaxation of 05 years in the maximum age limit of 35 years given to the local residents of Chhattisgarh State is extended from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2028 i.e. 05 years. All relaxations in the maximum age limit for other special categories will remain unchanged but the maximum age limit for them including all the relaxations will not exceed 45 years.

9. (A) As per Circular No. F/20-4/2014/A.P./1-3, Naya Raipur dated 27/09/2014 of General Administration Department of Chhattisgarh Government, only such persons will be eligible for reservation in services/posts, who are suffering from at least 40% relevant disability. Those persons who want to avail the benefit of reservation will have to submit a disability certificate issued by a competent medical board. (B) As per the provisions contained in the order dated 25.09.2014 of Social Welfare Department, Ministry, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur, only suitable OL disabled persons will be eligible for the above posts.

10. The determination of posts for SC, ST and OBC category will be done as per the reservation rules/roster prevalent by the Government in the division and the instructions issued by the General Administration Department from time to time will be applicable. For caste, caste certificate issued by the competent authority will have to be submitted.
