General Instructions:

1. Before submitting the application, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils all the eligibility and other criteria mentioned in this advertisement.

2. All correspondence regarding this recruitment will be sent to the registered email ID. Candidates are requested to regularly check their email/AAI website for any communication from AAI.

3. Temporary correspondence address should not be mentioned as permanent address to avoid any loss in receiving communication at any stage.

4. The decision of AAI Management regarding eligibility criteria, acceptance or rejection of applications, mode of selection to the post etc. will be final and irrevocable. Mere fulfillment of the minimum qualification and other eligibility criteria will not confer any right on the candidates to be called for application verification.

5. No correspondence will be entertained from candidates found ineligible and not called for application verification or not selected.

6. AAI will not bear any liability in respect of pay/leave salary/pension contribution etc., if any, of previous employment of any candidate previously employed in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertaking.

It will be the responsibility of the candidate to receive, download and print the call letter for application verification/offer of appointment/any other information. 13. No separate communication will be issued regarding results, except to the selected candidates.

14. The possibility of occurrence of any problem in the recruitment process cannot be completely ruled out, which may affect the selection process. In such a case, every effort will be made to resolve such problem, which may include cancellation of the recruitment process, if deemed necessary.
