How to apply

1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply.

2. The candidates should apply online through the official link on or before 23 July 2025.

3. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

4. Wherever an Application Fee is required for Submission of an Application, It Must be submitted on time, or else the Application will be rejected.

5. After successful submission of an application, it is required to have a copy of your application form, for further process.

General Instructions:

1. Mode of Selection will be Interview. To widen the pool of suitable candidates for appointment to the post of Executive Director, the Board will also follow a search-cum-selection process. The Board reserves the right to modify the selection procedure, if deemed fit.

2. Outstation candidates called for Interview for the post of Executive Director will be reimbursed economy Class Air fare for the to and fro journey by the shortest route from the place of their residence, to the place of interview, subject to submission of necessary documentations.

3. Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for. The Board shall determine their eligibility only at the stage of shortlisting for interview.

4. The Board reserves the right to relax certain eligibility criteria in deserving cases.

5. The Candidate who will be appointed on deputation / contract will not be entitled for permanent employment with SEBI.

6. SEBI reserves the right to not fill up the post at all.

7. The Board reserves the right to cancel the advertisement fully or partly on any grounds.

8. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.

9. If the candidates are not eligible or have knowingly or willfully furnished incorrect or false particulars or suppressed material information, their candidature will be liable to be cancelled at any stage of the selection. If the candidate qualifies in the selection process and subsequently it is found that he/she does not fulfill the eligibility criteria, his/her candidature will be cancelled and if appointed, the contract would be terminated without any notice or compensation.

10. Applications received after due date will not be entertained. The Board takes no responsibility for any delay in receipt of application or loss thereof in postal transit.

11. The decision of Board in all matters would be final and binding, and no correspondence in this regard would be entertained.
