HAL Zonal Doctors Recruitment June 2025 – Walk‑in Interview

1. The candidates must read the advertisement before applying for the offline application form.

3. Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled applications (only in the prescribed format) along with self-attested copies of the relevant supporting documents/certificates if required by speed post/courier to Chief Manager Human Resources, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Aircraft Division, Ojhar Township Post Office, Tal. Niphad, Nashik - 422207 on or before 01 July 2025.

4. The candidates are advised to give their working mobile number and e-mail ID and ensure their working till the completion of the selection process to avoid inconvenience, There will be no other means of contacting them except their e-mail & Mobile numbers.

General Instructions:

1. Only Indian National need to apply.

2. Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming employment.

3. Candidate possessing regular/full time qualifications prescribed above is only eligible to apply. In other words, the qualifications acquired through part time/correspondence/distance education/Elearning course are not eligible to apply.

4. The engagement of Zonal Doctors will be purely on temporary basis and will not confer any right to the consultant to claim the status of a regular employee of the Company.

5. The Zonal Doctors will not be eligible for any other Allowance or benefits other than those indicated above.

6. Age and experience are to be calculated as on the date of advertisement.

7. HAL will provide a List of eligible employees (residing in respective zones) along with their family members and it will update as per requirement. (Addition/deletion). VIII.

8. Zonal Doctors will consult / work as per the directives given by Chief of Medical Services (IHC) on time to time.

9. Pharmacopoeia will be provided by HAL IHC from which drugs should be prescribed by Zonal Doctors.

10. Zonal Doctor will prescribe medicines in HAL booklets and stamp the same.

11. Zonal Doctor’s stamp will be provided by HAL to respective Doctors. Sample signature of Zonal Doctors will be documented and the same will be randomly cross checked by IHC HAL Authorities.

12. Monthly medicines can be prescribed by Zonal Doctors and which will be collected by employee from IHC, HAL Nasik only.

13. In case of Non-emergency medical treatment; Employee will collect prescribed medicines from IHC, HAL Pharmacy only.

14. In case of Emergency medical treatment – Zonal Doctor can prescribe medicines from outside pharmacies; and cost of such medicines will be reimbursed to employee for maximum up to 5 Days.

15. Whenever necessary zonal doctors has to provide the Injection & dressing facilities.

16. X-ray, blood investigations & USG will be done at IHC HAL only.

17. The Zonal Doctors will not refer patients directly to empaneled / non empaneled hospital, However whenever need arises he/she will refer the patient to IHC, HAL only.

18. Before applying, the candidates should satisfy themselves regarding eligibility criteria desired for the post. The candidates should also ensure that the particulars furnished by him/her in the application are correct in all respects. The details entered in the specific column will be taken as final. In case it is detected at any stage of selection process that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria or he/she has furnished any incorrect/false information or has suppressed any material facts, his/her candidature will stand cancelled. If any of these shortcomings are detected even after engagement, his/her services are liable to be terminated.

19. The company does not take any responsibility for any delay in receiving the application forms or loss in postal transit.

20. Application not in accordance with the prescribed format or incomplete/unsigned form or without attested copies of certificate mentioned above shall not be considered. No application/resume will be accepted by E-mail. Applications received after due date will not be entertained.
