1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply.

After applying online, the candidate should take a print out of the filled in application and duly put it in an envelope along with self-attested copies of relevant supporting documents/certificates, superscribing the post applied name for on the envelope should be sent to Dr. Phulen Sarma Assistant Professor, Department of Pharmacology,
Medical College Building, AIIMS Guwahati Changsari - 781101 on or before 04 July 2025.

General Instructions:

1. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted for an interview.

2. A written test may be conducted depending on the number of applications received.

3. The position is purely temporary and co-terminous with the project. The Principal Investigator has the right to terminate the tenure with one-month notice and vice versa.

4. Those who are already employed/working under various research schemes and desire to be considered for the post shouldsubmit their applications through proper channel to the undersigned with a certificate from the employer that he/she will berelieved immediately, if selected.

5. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.

6. Once the project duration is completed, the tenure is automatically over for candidate selected for this project.

7. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

8. Candidates with experience in medical device development and validation will be preferred.
