How to apply | 1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply. 2. The candidates should apply online through the official link on or before 19 May 2025. 3. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully. 4. Wherever an Application Fee is required for Submission of an Application, It Must be submitted on time, or else the Application will be rejected. 5. After successful submission of an application, it is required to have a copy of your application form, for further process. 6. For any other information, visit the official site. General Instructions: 1. The appointment is purely temporary for Academic year (Aug. 2025 to May 2026) or till the regular incumbent joins whichever is earlier. 2. The candidate will have no right or claim for continuous employment or permanency in the future based on this temporary appointment. 3. All candidates must fill out the online application form and upload essential/relevant original documents (mark sheets/degree certificates from matriculation onwards) through the link: https://recruitment.nituk.ac.in/login. 4. The last date to submit the online application forms is 19/05/2025. 5. The qualifications/experience etc. for the above-mentioned posts will be determined as on the date of Interview. 6. The Institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts. 7. Reservation shall be considered as per the norms of the Govt. of India. 8. Candidates attending the interview in walk-in mode must report sharp at 10:00 AM on the day of the interview, at the Conference/Committee Room, Admin Block, NIT Uttarakhand. 9. Candidates attending the interview in online mode will be informed about the reporting time via email by the concerned Head of the Department. 10. Candidates will have to appear for the Walk-In-Interview at their own cost at Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand. 11. Candidates are required to come prepared for a 5-10 min presentation on a topic relevant to the post applied. 12. The Institute reserves the right to reject the candidature without assigning any reason. 13. The selected candidates will be required to join immediately. 14. The decision of the Competent Authority will be final in the matter of selection. 15. Any dispute regarding recruitment will fall under the jurisdiction of District Pauri Garhwal |
