How to apply | 1. Read the advertisement carefully, before you apply. 2. Keep your Documents whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully. 3. Candidates need to fill the Application Form (Format in Annexure -I) and prepare a single pdf file attaching all the requisite degrees/certificates. The soft copy of the form along with selfattested copies of all mark sheets & certificates and details of any research or other experience, etc., in a single PDF file must be sent to krakeshsingh.phy@iitbhu.ac.in clearly mentioning the DRDO_DIA-CoE and post applied (Ex: DRDO_DIA-COE JRF/RA) in subject before the last date of application. No need to send the hard copy. However, candidates are required to present the original documents at the time of the interview. 2. PI along with the Committee members has all rights to decide the duration of appointment in each position. The performance of project staff positions will be reviewed accordingly, and the positions may be extended for the total project duration. 3. Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communications in this regard will be entertained. 4. The date of the interview will be communicated via email to the shortlisted candidates. Candidates are requested to check their email regularly. 5. The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications, experience, and number of publications in SCI journals. 6. The candidate is expected to join immediately, if selected. 7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. 8. Relaxation of marks and age may be granted to the SC/ST/OBC/Women/physically challenged Candidate as per govt norms. |
