Interested eligible candidates should send their applications along with self-attested copies of the relevant supporting documents/certificates if required by post or by hand to Registrar (Recruitment & Management), High Court, Appellate Side, Calcutta, New Administrative Block, High Court, Calcutta, New Secretariat Building, Block 'B', 6th Floor, 1, Kiran Shankar Ray Road, B.B.D. Bag, Kolkata-700 001 on or before 18 March 2025. 3. The candidates are advised to give their working mobile number and e-mail ID and ensure their working till the completion of the selection process to avoid inconvenience, There will be no other means of contacting them except their e-mail & Mobile numbers. 4. Letter containing Venue, Date and Time of the Interactive Session will be sent to the retired Judicial Officers whose applications will be considered to be in order in all respect, by post. The retired Judicial Officers called for Interactive Session shall be required to appear at their own expenses. 2. Admission to the Interactive Session will be deemed provisional, subject to verification and determination of the eligibility and suitability of the retired Judicial Officers in all respect. 3. Application must contain the following particulars:- (1) Full name of the retired Judicial Officer (in capital letters), (2) Father’s/Husband’s Name, (3) Date of Birth, (4) Date of Retirement, (5) Last place of posting with designation/rank, (6) Address (Present and Permanent, along with PIN code) with Telephone/Mobile number and E-mail Id, (7) Educational Qualifications, (8) Nationality, (9) Experience (if any in this regard), (10) Full signature of the retired Judicial Officer with date must be given at the bottom of the application. 4. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Hon’ble The Chief Justice/Acting Chief Justice shall stand final. 5.
