How to apply | General Instructions:1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply. 2. The candidates should apply online through the official link on or before 26 January 2025. 3. General Instructions: 1. Only Indian Nationals shall be eligible to apply. 2. Application shall be submitted as per the prescribed mode only. Incomplete application or application without supporting documents will be summarily rejected and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. 3. OBC candidates are required to submit Other Backward Class Certificate ('Non-Creamy Layer'*) (Certificate should be in the format as applicable for appointment to posts under Government of India). 4. Candidates seeking reservations under EWS are required to submit income & assets certificate in the format applicable for Economically Weaker Sections. EWS vacancies are tentative and subject to further directives of the Government of India and outcome of any litigation. The appointment would be provisional and subject to the Income and Asset certificate being verified through the proper channels and if the verification reveals that the claim to belong to EWS is fake/false the services will be terminated forthwith without assigning any further reasons and without prejudice to such further action as may be taken under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code for production of fake/false certificate. The Income and Asset Certificate issued by any one of the authorities mentioned in the prescribed format as given on our website shall only be accepted as proof of candidate's claim as belonging to EWS. 5. Caste, EWS Certificate (As applicable) should be in prescribed formats for seeking reservation/relaxation etc. 6. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and increase the Qualifying percentage based on number of applications received. 7. Management also reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and / or the selection process at its discretion. 8. Management reserves the right to increase / decrease the vacancies based on Business requirements and availability of Qualified candidates. 9. Intimation regarding issuance of provisional offer/ final offer etc., will be sent only through e-mail. NHSRCL will not be responsible for any loss/ non-delivery of e-mail or any associated communications sent, due to invalid/ incorrect e-mail id. The selection of candidate by NHSRCL does not confer any right to the candidate for appointment. 11. .NHSRCL reserves the right to fix the minimum standard/qualifying marks for each component of selection for any/all posts. 12. The interview call letter will be sent to the candidates on their registered Email id. Candidates must remain in constant touch with NHSRCL’s website www.nhsrcl.in along with checking their email id for information regarding dates of Interview. Candidates are advised to check their email (including spam) and official website of NHSRCL from time to time for any information/updates on the recruitment process. 13. The candidature will be purely provisional subject to eligibility and other verification, before, or, after appointment in NHSRCL. The onus of ensuring that the candidate meets all the eligibility requirements will rest on the candidate himself/herself, all through the recruitment process. Candidates will be allowed to appear in the Interview test purely on provisional basis and no candidate has a right to appointment or any compensation, only on the ground of having appeared in, or, having passed the interview or any other screening test. 14. NHSRCL is not responsible for any printing error that might have inadvertently crept in. 15. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate. 16. No Train/ Bus Fare/TA/DA shall be payable for attending the interview. 17. The selected candidate will have no right to claim absorption as a permanent employee in the Corporation. 18. The validity of the Panel shall be two years from the date of it’s approval. 19. Any activity of indiscipline during interview process at the walk-in venue will not be tolerated & suitable action against such candidate including immediate expulsion of candidate from the selection process will be taken. 20. Management reserves the right to call or not to call any / all of the candidates who have responded against this advertisement or to cancel/postpone the entire process itself due to various administrative reasons. 21.
