General Instructions:

1. Applicants may also be considered for appointment on contractual basis or on deputation.

2. Incomplete applications (examples – non deposition of requisite fee; caste certificate when applicable; certificates in support of experience claimed; certificate of registration of medical qualifications by NMC when applicable etc) will not be considered and will be rejected.

3. Advance applications will be accepted but a copy forwarded through proper channel or a ‘no objection certificate’ from the current employer must be submitted before or on the date of interview.

4. Exceptionally-qualified candidates having meritorious records and/or specialized experience may be considered for advance increments on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.

5. In case of non-availability of candidates of requisite qualifications and experience, the Selection Committee may make such recommendations as it may deem fit.  The number of posts indicated above is provisional and subject to change without prior notice.

6. Selections may or may not be held for all the advertised posts.

8. A Non-Refundable Demand draft must be attached as application fee of Rs 2000 for general category persons and Rs 1000 for OBC/SC/ST/PwD/EWS domiciled in the State of Uttar Pradesh for applicants within the country and US $ 100.00 or equivalent foreign currency for overseas candidates in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow Academic Account, payable at (SBICode No. 7789) SGPGIMS, Lucknow. Candidates should write their name on the back side of the draft.

9. The Institute will not be responsible if application of any candidate is rejected on the basis of incomplete or faulty information filled online.

10. Three testimonials / reference letters specific to an advertisement are a vital part of the application process and assessment of a candidate. Therefore, these must be attached with Hard Copy of the Application Documentary proof of experience claimed is a must.

11. Candidates will be intimated by email regarding the date of interview. Original documents will be verified at the time of interview.

12. Mere eligibility does not entitle a candidate to claim for appointment. No TA / DA will be paid to attend the interviews.

13. Only eligible candidates will be called for a personal Interview.

14. Skype / digital interviews may be permitted on request, subject to the candidate accepting inherent risks of technology failure.

15. The appointment shall be subject to certification of medical fitness by the Medical Board of Institute.
