Att persons appointed under the Government of Odisha on or after 1't January, 2005 shat[ not be etigibte for pension as defined under Subrute (1) of Rute-3 of the Odisha Civit Service (Pension) Rutes, 1992; but shatt be covered by the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme in accordance with the Odisha Civil, Service (Pension) Amendment Rutes, 2005. 4.
