How to apply

1. Please note that no change of application data will be permitted at any stage after submission of application. Merely applying for the post and being shortlisted in the subsequent processes does not imply that a candidate will necessarily be offered appointment. 2. Educational qualifications should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognized by Government / approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.

3. The candidate must possess valid Diploma/ Degree/PG Certificate/Provisional Certificate/ Training Certificate of the necessary qualification at the time of submission of application.

4. Have a valid personal email ID and mobile no., which should be kept active till the completion of this Recruitment Process. All official communication will be sent to the e-mail id of the candidate

5. The Name of the candidate should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/Mark Sheets/Identity proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.

6. Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the application form/CV including Post code, Name of the Candidate, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, qualification, experience, etc. will be considered as final and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application through the portal. Instances of providing incorrect information and/or process violation by a candidate detected at any stage of the selection process will lead to disqualification of the candidate from the selection process and he/she will not be allowed to appear in any recruitment process in the future. CMD shall not be responsible if the information/ intimations do not reach candidates in case of change in the mobile number, email address, technical fault or otherwise, beyond the control of CMD and candidates are advised to check their registered e-mail account from time to time during the recruitment process.

13. Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

14. AHD reserves the right to either fill or not fill the notified vacancies and to modify the conditions of service.

15. Individuals should be ready to render mobile as well as static service, as per Scheme / Department needs.

16. In emergent situations / life-saving emergency cases, the Veterinarians employed in mobile units shall be willing to drive the LMV - MSU /MVU, in the absence of the driver-cum-attendant and when other alternate arrangements to get the services of an ad hoc driver also become infructuous. Controlling Officers of the Department will see to it that such need to drive does not arise frequently as a matter of routine.

17. Violation of scheme and departmental guidelines, malpractice, etc. would be seen as indiscipline / professional misconduct and referred to the Kerala State Veterinary Council for appropriate action including disciplinary action. This would be apart from the termination of the contractual service.

18. All the applicants must be ready to work in day or night shift as required by AHD.
