General Instructions:

1. Eligible candidates will be informed through SMS/email. This authority is not responsible in case the message is not sent to the candidates through SMS or email.

2. The list of candidates qualified for the qualifying test and interview and the schedule of the qualifying test and interview will be published on the official website of this Court.

3. Qualified  candidates should download the admission ticket for the qualifying examination from the official website of this Court.

4. Admission tickets for the qualifying examination will not be sent to the candidates separately. (5) Candidates will have to appear for the qualifying examination and interview carrying the admission ticket along with an original identity proof (Voter ID Card/Aadhaar Card/Driving License/PAN Card/Passport).

5. Candidates are required to produce the following original documents at the time of interview/document verification, copy of online application, prescribed fee payment receipt, date of birth proof, SSLC marks card/birth certificate, documents related to educational qualification - P.U.C. Must be presented. / Diploma in Commercial Practice, Kannada and English senior typing marks/certificate, valid caste and income certificate from the concerned Tehsildar in Form D for SC/ST candidates, in Form E for Category 1 candidates and candidates Must be obtained in Form F for. Certificates issued by the competent authorities for claiming reservation under 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B, Rural/Kannada Medium/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities/Project Displaced Persons/Transgender Category, vide Government Official Memorandum No. Medical certificate in prescribed form as per DPAR. 115 Senini 2005 dated 19.11.2005 (Other forms of certificate/identity card will not be considered). Respected Persons, as per Government of Karnataka Notification No. DPAR 19 SRR 2020 dated 12.10.2020, not later than 06 months before the last date prescribed for submission of application and character certificate from the institution last studied by the candidate. The candidate, if selected, should obtain the No Objection Certificate from the concerned authority immediately after the notification of the selection list and submit the same to the appointing authority as directed.

6. The above documents should be obtained in the prescribed form from the competent authority before submitting the application. All certificates should be valid till the last date prescribed for submission of application.

7. Candidates will have to attend the qualifying test/interview/document verification at their own expense.

8. No correspondence will be entertained by the candidate with this office regarding this recruitment.

9.
