General Instructions:

1. The initial contract period will be for one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and requirement. Any claim for absorption in the regular position shall not be entertained in future.

2. The Society reserves the right to cancel any or all positions at any stage of recruitment process. Number of Vacant position may vary as per requirement.

3. The Society will execute agreement for one year but the agreement may be terminated by any party with one month advance notice.

4. Selected candidates shall be awarded as CHO, and will be entitled for fixed remuneration of Rs. 25,000.00 per month and maximum Rs. 15,000.00 per month as performance-based incentive in accordance with relevant guidelines.

5. Reservation policy and general circular issued by Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Govt of Jharkhand issued from time to time will be applicable.

6. If at any stage of selection, it is found that candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and/or that he/she has furnished incorrect/false information/certificate/documents or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her candidature will stand cancelled. The decision of the Society in any matter relating to the selection at any stage of the selection process will be final and binding upon the candidates.

7. . Age relaxation of 5 Years shall be given to Divyang (PH Candidates)

8. Candidates of Jharkhand state who are claiming reservation in their respective category (ST, SC, BC-I BC-II & EWS) have to submit the Caste Certificate/EWS Certificate in the prescribed format issued by competent authority of Jharkhand.

9. For Divyang candidates reservation rules and sports quota reservation rules will be followed as per circular of Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Rajbhasha, Govt of Jharkhand personnel.

10. Selection process – Selection will be done on merit basis, as certain by the scores obtained in the final B.Sc and Post Basic B.Sc theory and practical examination. Candidates have to obtained minimum number as below category. (a) 40% for unreserved categories. (b) 40% for EWS. (c) 36.5% for BC-II. (d) 34% for BC-I. (e) 32% for SC, ST and all category women applicants. (f) 30% for PGT.

11. Date of birth mentioned in matriculation certificate shall be treated as proof of date of births. No other document for the date of birth shall be accepted.

12. Eligible candidates may apply through online before 16 th March 2024.

13. Documents to be submitted online include (a) Adhar Card (b) Caste Certificate (if applicable) (c) Education qualification (d) Matriculation Certificate (e) EWS Certificate (if applicable) (f) Divyang Certificate (if applicable), (g) Certificate of integrated Curriculum of certificate program in Community Health (CPCH) (All Self Attested).

14. Jharkhand Nursing Council registration is must at the time of joining if the candidate doesn’t provide the Jharkhand Nursing Council registration certificate at the time of joining then s/he will be not eligible for the post.
