2. Eligible and interested candidates can appear for the walk-in interview scheduled on 02 February 2024 at The Dean's Office, 5th Floor, MS Office Building, ESI PGIMSR, Basaidarapur, New Delhi-110015 with the following documents.

Application Form/Biodata.
Educational Qualification, Experience certificates.
Recent passport-size photographs.
Age proof and other testimonials.
Original documents for verification at the time of the interview.

General Instructions:

1. These posts are purely contractual, and may be terminated on either side with a notice of one month. Selection to these posts does not confer the right of confirmation or continuation, as these posts are to be filled by selection & appointment of the regular candidates.

2. Mere submission of application does not confer any right to the candidate to be interviewed.

3. Application should be submitted on the day of the interview alongwith required testimonials in the prescribed format only. The candidates are required to bring all the documents in original on the date of interview along with self attested copies. The applications found to be incomplete will be summarily rejected.

4. Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of the candidature at any stage.

5. Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis.

6. The interviews will be conducted at DEAN OFFICE, 5th Floor, MS Office Building, ESIPGIMSR, BASAIDARAPUR, NEW DELHI-110015. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the centre, if needed.

7. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for interview.

8. The ESIC reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion and such decision will be binding on all concerned.

9. As per ESIC HQRS office Memorandum No. L-11/12/3/2014/PG-Basai/Vol-II/MEC(PF) dated 11.09.2020.

10. Candidates with eligibility for a higher post i.e. Professor/Associate Professor would be permitted to be interviewed against a lower post i.e. Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor vide ESIC Hqrs memorandum no. 1-11/12/3/2016/MC Faridabad/MEC dated 22.01.2018.

11. In event of selection of such candidates, the candidates in the cadre of Associate Professor/Assistant Professor would be considered for placement with suitable upgradation of the lower post as per eligibility; and recommendation of the selection board.

12. The up-gradation would be temporary and limited to the tenure of the teaching faculty/until the appointment of regular incumbent in the lower post.

13. Other terms and condition will be applicable as issued by competent authority from time to time.
