How to apply

Interested eligible candidates should send their duly filled applications (only in the prescribed format) along with self-attested copies of the relevant supporting documents/certificates if required by speed post/courier to The Administrative Officer, Central Pulp & Paper Research Institute, Himmat Nagar, Paper Mills Road, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh- 24700 and sent to email s.barnaligcpprisres.in on or before 17 January 2024.

4. The candidates are advised to give their working mobile number and e-mail ID and ensure their working till the completion of the selection process to avoid inconvenience, There will be no other means of contacting them except their e-mail & Mobile numbers.

5. Applications that are received after due dates will be summarily rejected.

General Instructions:

1. The number of posts indicated above can be increased or decreased on the basis of actual requirement of the Institute.

2. Consultants shall be eligible for 8 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rate basis. The un¬availed leave in a calendar year cannot be carried forward to the next calendar year.

3. TA/DA: Consultants shall be allowed TA/DA for their travel inside the country as per his/her last entitlement drawn at the time of retirement.

4. The Consultant will be engaged for initially for a period of 6 months. Thereafter, the engagement would be reviewed and it would not exceed one year at a time. The services of the Consultant will be terminated automatically on completion of the tenure or completion of 65 years whichever is earlier. Termination of Agreement: The institute may terminate the contract to which these terms apply if: -The Consultant is unable to address the assigned works, -Quality of the assigned works is not as per the satisfaction of the Department, -The Consultants fail to timely achieve the milestones, as finally decided by the Department -The Consultant is found lacking in honesty and integrity. -The Department reserves the right to terminate the contract, by giving fifteen days notice to the Consultant. Termination shall be effective from written notice served on the consultant and shall take effect in 15 days of deliver of such notice. The termination will be without prejudice to either party's rights accrued before termination.

5. Suitable retired persons from Government/Research Organization/PSUs having the experience as mentioned above may apply.

6. Application as per the format affixed with a recent PP size photograph giving full details i.e Name of the candidate, father's/Husband's name, date of birth, address, educational details, a copy of the Aadhar card and professional qualification, service particulars before retirement like PPO etc. alongwith self attested copies of all the testimonials in support of the information provided, be submitted to The Administrative Officer, Central Pulp & Paper Research Institute, Himmat Nagar, Paper Mills Road, Saharanpur — 247001 (U.P.) within 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News Paper.

7. A soft copy of the application should also be sent to mail id- s.barnaligcpprisres.in

8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

9. Director, CPPRI reserves the right to reject any/all applications received against this advertisement and/or scrap the whole process of recruitment against this advertisement if the circumstances required doing so without assigning any reason thereof, whatsoever.
