| Qualification | graduate in any discipline (preferably in Public Health/ Social Science/ MSW/ Statistics), At-least 5+ years of work experience in health systems strengthening, program planning or implementation under NHM orHigh Priority Districts (HPDs), High level of computer proficiency, specifically - familiarity with commonly used Windows, MS Office software and softwarepackages, Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports, Experience in framing and designing Supportive Supervision tools, collation, compilation and analysis of large data sets, Proficiency in data analysis using software tool like SPSS, data triangulation, performance, knowledge of public health, Statedemographics, population etc, Experience in designing RMNCH+A factsheets, Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, Willingness to travel to States / UTs and districts to provide technical assistance and ability to work on different assignmentssimultaneously to meet the timelines for assignments, Preference would be given to the candidate having experience of working with Centre / State / UT health department. |
