1. Read the advertisement carefully, Before you apply.

2. The candidates should apply online through the official link on or before 21 September 2023.

3. Keep your Documents Whole, and at the time of submission check each document carefully.

4. Wherever an Application Fee is required for the Submission of an Application, It must be submitted on time, or else the Application will be rejected.

5. After applying online, the candidate should take a print out of the filled in application and duly put it in an envelope along with self-attested copies of relevant supporting documents/certificates, superscribing the post applied name for on the envelope should be sent to The Chief General Manager (Adm.,IS & ERP), 3rd Floor, Vidyut Soudha, APGENCO, Vijayawada - 520004. on or before 30 September 2023.

6. The candidates are advised to give their working mobile number and E-mail ID, and ensure their working till the completion of the selection process to avoid inconvenience. There will be no other means of contacting them except their e-mail & Mobile numbers.

General instructions:

1. The candidates must have an active e-mail ID and Mobile phone number, which must remain valid for at least next one year. All future communication with the candidates will take place through e-mail/ Mobile phone number only.

2. The candidates should have the relevant documents like percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examinations etc. readily available with them before they commence application process. This information will be required at the time of filling in the on-line application.

3. Wherever CGPA / OGPA or letter grade in a qualifying degree (Essential Qualification) is awarded, equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the application form as per norms adopted by the University/ Institute and a documentary proof / certificate to this effect should be submitted by the candidate from the University / Institute.

4. Candidates not meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be rejected at any stage of selection process.

5. All the details given in the online form will be treated as final and no changes will be entertained.

6. APGENCO will not be responsible for any loss/ non-delivery of e-mail/any other communication sent, due to invalid/wrong e-mail ID or due to any other reason.

7. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks obtained in M.Sc. (Chemistry) for both years put together.

8. Short listed candidates are required to bring original certificates and 2 sets of self attested copies of the certificates at the time of certificate verification.
