1. Mine Foreman-I (NE-08) (2 posts) (1UR, 1 OBC)

Qualifications: SSC Pass, Possessing valid Mine Foreman’s Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)

Experience: 6 yrs. after passing Mine Foreman’s Competency Certificate.

Age: Up to 40 yrs. (Can be relaxed as per Govt. Guidelines)

Scale of Pay: Rs. 26,900-3%- 48,770/- (NE-08).

2. Sel. Gr. Mine Foreman/Trainee Select Grade Mine Foreman (NE-09) (6 posts) (4 UR, 2 OBC)

Qualifications: Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying

Experience: 2 yrs. experience as Mine Foreman after passing my Diploma.

Age: Up to 45 yrs. (Can be relaxed as per Govt. Guidelines)

Scale of Pay: Rs.27600 – 3% - 50040/- (NE-09) OR Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying, Fresher will be inducted as a Trainee for a period of 2 yrs. After acquiring the Competency Certificate of Mine Foreman (Unrestricted), the exemption certificate and satisfactory performance will be regularized as Sel. Grd. Mine Foreman in NE-09 scale of pay. 3) Age: Up to 45 yrs. (Can be relaxed as per Govt. Guidelines)

During the training period of 2 years, they will get Rs. 27,600/- P.M as consolidated pay. After completion of training and acquiring a competency certificate, he will be regularized in the scale of pay of Rs.27600 – 3% - 50040/- (NE-09).

3. Mine Mate Gr.-I (NE-05) ( 6 posts) (6 UR)

Qualifications: 10th Pass, Possessing valid Mine Mate Certificate of Competency (Unrestricted)

Experience: 3 years as Mine Mate in a reputed Mining Company.

Age: Upto 40 yrs. (Can be relaxed as per Govt. Guidelines) Note: Upper age limit may be relaxed in case of an experienced Mine Mate for the period equivalent to a total period of experience gained as a Mine Mate (Unrestricted) subject to the age limit not exceeding 53 years including all the relaxation.

The scale of Pay: Rs. 24800 - 3% - 44960/- (NE-05).

4. Electrical Supervisor/ Trainee Electrical Supervisor (NE-09) (03 Posts) (1 OBC, 1 UR, 1 EWS)

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute, Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010.

Age Limit: Upto 40 years (Relaxable as per Government Guidelines)

Experience: 3 years experience in the Electrical field in a Limited Company i.e. either a Public or Private (incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013) in India, Preferably in Mining Industry.

Scale of Pay: Rs.27600 – 3% - 50040/- (NE-09). OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute 2) Fresher will be inducted as a Trainee for a period of 2 yrs. After acquiring Competency Certificate of Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010 and satisfactory performance will be regularized as an Electrical Supervisor in NE-09 scale of pay. 3) Age Limit: Upto 40 yrs. (Can be relaxed as per Govt. Guidelines)

During the training period of 2 years, they will get Rs. 27,600/- PM as consolidated pay. After completion of training and acquiring a competency certificate, he will be regularized in the scale of pay of Rs.27600 – 3% - 50040/- (NE-09).

5. Mechanical Plant Foreman(NE-09)(3 posts)(3 UR)

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Age: Upto 40 years ( relaxable as per Government Guidelines).

Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience.

Scale of Pay: Rs.27600 – 3% - 50040/- (NE-09)

6. Winding Engine Driver-II(NE-05) ( 1 Post) (1UR)

Qualification: 10th pass, 1st class Winding Engine Drivers certificate of Competency.

Age: Upto 40 years ( relaxable as per Government guidelines)

Experience: 3 years experience as a Winding Engine Driver after getting 2nd class Winding Engine Driver certificate of competency.

Scale of Pay: Rs. 24800 - 3% - 44960/- (NE-05).

3. No TA/DA will be paid to any candidate (including SC / ST / OBC/ EWS candidates) for appearing in the Computer based Online Test.

4. If any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect or is not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, then his / her candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or even after recruitment or joining.

5. MOIL will not undertake detailed scrutiny of online applications for eligibility and other aspects at the time of computer based online test and, therefore, the candidature is only provisional. Before applying, candidates are advised to go through the requirements of essential qualification, age etc. and satisfy themselves that they are eligible for the post. When scrutiny is undertaken, if any claim made in the application is not found substantiated, the candidature will be cancelled and decision of MOIL shall be final.

6. No modifications are allowed after candidate submits the online application form. If any discrepancies are found in the data filled by the candidate online and that of the original testimonies, the candidature of such candidates is liable to be rejected. Hence, utmost care should be taken to furnish correct details before submitting the online application.

7. Candidates employed with Government / Semi-Govt. / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous body should produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer at the time of document verification.

8. The candidates must have an active E-mail Id & Mobile number which must remain valid for at least next one year. All future communications with the candidates will take place only through e-mail. Candidates have to ensure accuracy of their e-mail id & Mobile number. No change in E-mail Id & Mobile number as declared in the online application will be allowed.

10. In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the Test, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria depending upon the response to the advertised posts.
