General Instructions:

1. The appointment is initially for a period of One (01) year, which may extendable up to three (03) years based on performance & conduct and on the discretion of the competent authority of the Institute for Broad Speciality Departments. For SuperSpeciality Departments the appointment shall be for a period of one year from the date of joining the post.

2. The leave entitlement of the appointee shall be as per the Central Residency Scheme and Institute Policy.

3. The appointee shall perform the duties as assigned to him/her. The competent authority reserves the right to assign any duty as and when required. No extra/additional remuneration will be admissible in case of such an assignment.

4. The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or in part, and also the right to reject any or all applications received without assigning any reasons or giving notice, etc.

5. The appointment to the said post will be subject to medical fitness from the competent Medical Board for which he/she will be sent to the designated Medical Authority of the Institute.

6. This appointment is full time and private practice of any kind is prohibited.

7. The appointee is not entitled to any TA/DA for the written examination as well as for the Departmental assessment

8. If any declaration given or information furnished by him/her proves false or if he/she is found to have wilfully suppressed any material information, he/she will be liable for removal from service and also such other action as the Institute may deem necessary.

9. The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of candidates will be final and no representation will be entertained in this regard. 10. Incomplete applications in any aspect will be summarily rejected.

11. In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected at any stage even after the issue of the appointment letter, the Institute reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the candidate.

12. The applicant will be responsible for the authenticity of submitted information, other documents, and photographs. Submission of any false and/or suppression /concealment of facts shall lead to rejection/ cancellation of selection/recruitment.
